On Mondays and Tuesdays, Alice is a book jacket designer with a small independent publisher and on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays she is a freelance illustrator / designer. She has far too much patience for her own good – Alice’s work is often intricate, usually handmade and pretty varied; it has included a three-meter-long paper cut-out of sea foam, a window display depicting a battle between a ship and a giant man-eating octopus, a mural of an alpine scene, several book covers, magazines, christmas cards, barbershop signage, some large popping typography and clubnight posters. Alice lives, works and has studied in London.
